The Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance (CPAA) is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that consists of an alliance of local animal rescue organization partners, working together to save the lives of dogs and cats through extensive spay/neuter programs, adoptions and fostering, and public outreach and education. CPAA brings together individuals and area rescue and shelter groups to end the killing of dogs and cats as the means of animal population control. Together, we can create a “no-kill” community in central Pennsylvania that is better for both people and animals.
